I ain 1 of these machines and information technology is actually keen. Unfortunately I bought information technology earlier I found this place and WAY overpaid for it :( Basically it'south a two quart ice cream maker, you pour your ingredients in, push a button and about an hour after, have fresh ice cream to eat. It doesn't get much easier than this really. For those of the states 'old schoolhouse' types who retrieve the days of playing with salt, ice, and depending on how 'old' schoolhouse y'all want to become, turning a creepo for 45 minutes, yous tin can put all that stuff into the 'back when I was your age we did it THIS mode' closet, considering all of that piece of work is gone. Super convenient to use and clean. You tin can make fantastic sorbets in 40 minutes with only 3 or 4 ingredients. Cleanup is easy, and the footprint is small.

I love this thing! it works so much better than those "freeze a bowl" ice cream machines. it is a little large but the self independent compressor is worth information technology. it usually takes me about an hour to freeze a large batch of ice cream, then the pre-set times are off, simply information technology's a great machine for small-scale batch ice cream.

So I have a very tiny eating house and I like to experiment a lot with different things and this is perfect for making small footling experimental batches of ice cream really easy to utilise more like a toy so a piece of equipment very happy with my buy can you go wrong with it

So far this car has not let me down. Plain it is non meant for heavy duty use. It will not whip air into your water ice cream so y'all will have no overrun.
